As a courtesy to our patients, we will always submit claims to your dental insurance plan on your behalf, whether we are an in-network provider or an out-of-network provider for your specific plan!

We are in-network providers with Delta Dental Premier and some plans under the Connection Dental and Premier Dental Group umbrellas. Some of the plans under those umbrellas include plans from Aetna, Ameritas, BCBS of MN, Cigna, GEHA, Guardian, Humana and TriCare.

Every dental insurance plan is unique. To avoid any surprises, we always recommend that you contact your insurance company in advance to confirm how your benefits work at our clinic.

We’re sorry, but we do not participate in state-funded dental insurance plans (Minnesota Health Care Programs, Medicaid MNSure plans) at this time.
