We are also in-network with some plans under the Connection Dental and Premier Dental Group umbrellas including those from the following: Aetna, Alwayscare, Ameritas, BCBS of MN, Cigna, DNoA, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln Financial Group, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life

To avoid any surprises, we always recommend that you contact your insurance company in advance to confirm how your benefits work at our clinic.
